This is a rich oil based eye makeup remover, which is not only rich in natural plant extracts and full of natural goodness which nourishes eyelashes, but it is also highly effective yet gentle which is essential when applying anything to the delicate area of skin around the eyes. To use:    Pour 3-4 drops onto a damp cotton wool ball or makeup remover pad, (which has had the water squeezed out before adding your oil) sweep across your eye area gently but firmly.
